Da tempo assumo vitamina D3 poi ho letto che associata alla vitamina K2 facilita l'assorbimento del calcio ed evita che questo si depositi nelle arterie o nei tubuli renali. Ho trovato questo prodotto molto conveniente poiché se ne deve prendere una compressa ogni 2 giorni per cui diciamo che ho la fornitura per un anno.

Pillolina da prendere ogni due giorni, io nei giorni dispari, la pillola è piccolina facile da ingoiare

Ho scelto questo integratore per supportare il fabbisogno di vitamina D come prevenzione per osteoporosi,ottimo l'abbinamento con la K2,in più di assume a giorni alterni molto comodo,lo consiglio

Le pastiglie sono piccoline e facilmente deglutibili. Sono prive di gusto e sono per me digeribili. Le sto assumendo da poco ma sento già il beneficio.

I used the D3 + K2 from Weightworld for the last 3 years for my own family and introduced to my 2 sisters as well due to it was cost effective with D3 4000 IU + K2 200 mcg for each bottles of 400 tablets. However, I purchased 4 bottles recently but I only found the product had been changed to D3 4000 IU + K2 100 mcg for each bottles of 180 tablets. Both the ingredients and quantity of tablets per bottle had been significantly reduced but the price was similar. A little bit unexpected and overlooked by assuming the product was the same. Quite disappointed for the recent purchase and had leaned a lesson for future online buying of supplements.

took the tablets as it was a high dose , 4000iu with k2. reason was i had read that if you have asthma or copd that it might be caused by being vitamin d deficient as this causes the top of the lungs to become restricted. i took my tablets and with in 2 hours my asthma was gone. lungs now working excellently . really surprised but very happy now. jed

Génial! Mélanger le D3 avec le K2, je le fais depuis de nombreuses années, mais je devais pour ça prendre 2 compléments. Maintenant, c'est plus facile.

Var ikke klar over at K vitamin også er vigtigt. Har erfaret fra lægerne på gastronomedicinsk afd. at en Thiaminkur kan være gavnlig hvis man føler sig træt.
